Each product displays an approximate lead time when you place your order. This can range from a few days for standard items to several weeks for intricate bespoke pieces.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Gemcard, and web credit.

What happens if I’m unhappy with the product?

If you’re not completely satisfied, contact our customer support team on 01225 788762 or email queries@personaljewelleryservice.co.uk. We’ll send you a pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope. Once the item is returned in pristine condition, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Can I add money to my e-wallet?

All orders over £100 are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, ensuring next-day delivery in most cases. Occasionally, we may use their Signed-For service. You are not liable for the package until you sign for it.

We understand the importance of presentation. Every piece of jewellery, from affordable silver earrings to high-value diamond rings, is delivered in a beautiful presentation box.

What is your policy on conflict diamonds and ethical practices?

We fully support the Kimberley Process, an international initiative ensuring diamonds are conflict-free. All our diamonds are sourced from reputable suppliers who adhere to these standards. Additionally, our factory uses only conflict-free gold, meeting the standards of the World Gold Council.

Do lab-grown diamonds come with certification?

Yes, lab-grown diamonds can be certified, much like natural diamonds. If you require certification, please contact us before placing your order.

Will I receive a valuation with my lab-grown diamond?

Yes, all jewellery purchases over £500 include a complimentary valuation.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes, lab-grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to natural diamonds. They are equally durable and rank the same on the Mohs hardness scale.

Why are lab-grown diamonds more affordable?

Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment, eliminating the high costs associated with mining. These savings are passed on to you.

Are lab-grown diamonds the same as cubic zirconia or moissanite?

No, lab-grown diamonds are pure carbon, just like natural diamonds, whereas cubic zirconia and moissanite are entirely different materials.

Will a lab-grown diamond hold its value?

Like all jewellery, the value of lab-grown diamonds fluctuates based on market conditions. They are generally expected to decrease in value over time.

What guarantee do you offer?

We provide a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults. This excludes accidental damage. Items must be returned in pristine condition.

Do you offer rhodium plating for white gold jewellery?

Yes, we offer free rhodium plating for 18 months after purchase. After this period, the service is chargeable. Rhodium plating enhances the lustre and durability of white gold jewellery.

How can I measure my finger size?

We can send you a free measuring band to determine your finger size accurately. If your ring needs resizing, contact us for assistance.

Does your jewellery contain nickel?

No, all our jewellery is completely nickel-free, ensuring it’s safe for those with allergies.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship jewellery outside the UK due to insurance limitations.

Can I specify the delivery date for my jewellery?

Yes, subject to normal delivery times. Contact us to arrange this.
